Atta Laddu | Wheat Ladoo | Aate Ki Ladoo are traditional winter sweet recipe made with whole wheat flour, sugar and ghee. Atta Laddu makes for an awesome snack for kids and adults alike. Wheat Ladoo recipe is one such recipe made with minimal ingredients.
Take a kadai heat 1 tbsp ghee, add chopped cashew and fry till golden brown. Keep aside.
Now add the remaining ghee and add 1 cup wheat flour (atta). Roast on medium flame.
Roast for 20 to 25 min, or until the mixture turns aromatic and golden brown.
Transfer to the bowl and allow to cool slightly. Then add 1 cup powdered sugar, fried cashew and ΒΌ tsp cardamom powder.
Mix well and start to prepare small ball sized balls. Atta Laddu recipe stays good for a week.
