Biscuit Panjiri

 1 cup Atta biscuit crushed
 ½ cup Powdered sugar
 45 tbsp Ghee
 ½ cup Dry fruits (cashew, badam, pista, raisins)
 A pinch of salt

Blend the biscuits to a coarse powder and transfer into a bowl.

Heat 4-5 tbsp ghee in a kadai.

Add 1 cup crushed biscuit and ½ cup dry fruits.

Roast it on low flame for 5 min.

Switch off heat and add ½ cup powdered sugar, a pinch of salt.

Mix it well.

Transfer into a bowl, easy biscuit panjiri ready to serve.
