Making Brahmi Chutney, Clean and wash brahmi leaves.

Take brahmi leaves, tamarind small grape sized, 1/2 cup grated coconut, 1-2 green chilli, 1 cup curd, salt to taste and 1 tbsp jaggery in mixi jar.

And grind with little water.

Now prepare tempering, take a small pan heat 1 tsp oil, add ½ tsp mustard seeds and few curry leaves, and fry for a min.

Pour this tempering to chutney. Now chutney is ready and serve it with hot rice.
