Bread Uttapam | Bread Dosa | Instant Uttapam | Bread Recipe. Quick and instant Uttapam for morning breakfast. Bread Uttapam served with coconut chutney.

Bread Uttapam

For Batter:
 6 Slice bread
 ½ cup Bombay rava (fine rava)
 2 tbsp Rice flour
 ¼ cup Curd
 Salt to taste
 1 cup Water
For toppings:
 1 Onion chopped
 1 Tomato chopped
 1 Green chilli chopped
 Oil

Take a bowl crumble the bread slice, add ½ cup rava, 2 tbsp rice flour.

Now add ¼ cup curd, 1 cup water and salt to taste. Mix well and soak it for 15 minutes.

Grind this mixture to smooth batter.

For topping combine 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped green chilli and salt to taste. Keep aside.

Now heat tawa and sprinkle some oil then spread dosa batter slightly thick.

Top with toppings spreading uniformly then spread 1 tsp oil over the uttapa.

Cover and simmer till the uttapa gets cooked, flip the uttapa other side and cook.

Bread uttapa ready to serve with chutney.
