Carrot Laddu | Gajar Ka Laddu | Quick Sweet Recipe | Carrot Laddu With Milk Powder. Carrot Laddu is a healthy dish and kids favorite recipe. We can easily make it with using only few ingredients.

Heat 2 tbsp ghee in kadai add 1 cup grated carrot fry for 2 min.

Add ¼ cup milk and ¼ cup sugar cook for 2 min.

Add 3 tbsp milk powder, 3 tbsp grated coconut and ¼ tsp cardamom powder again cook for few min. After 5 min it starts leaving the sides of kadai.

Take a small pan heat 1 tbsp ghee, add 1 tbsp raisins and 1 tbsp chopped cashews roast till golden brown. Now add roasted dry fruits and mix well.

Prepare ball-sized laddu and roll it on grated coconut or desiccated coconut.
