Chegodilu | Ring Murukku | Andhra Snacks Recipe. Chegodilu is a very popular traditional snack from Andhra Pradesh. You can make these for festivals or as a tea time snack.

In a kadai take 1 cup water, add 1 tsp ghee, 1 tsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp sesame seeds and ½ tsp salt mix well and get the water to a boil.

Now add 1 cup rice flour and mix well.

Turn off the heat, Keep it covered for 10 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

Wet your hand with water and knead until a soft dough is formed.

Now pinch a ball sized dough and roll the ball into a slightly thick rope then join the ends together.

Heat oil in a kadai, drop the rings gently in batches into the hot oil. Fry until it turns golden and crisp.
