Coriander Seeds Rasam | Coriander Rasam | Saaru Recipe | Dhaniya Rasam | Rasam Recipe. This is very special and delicious rasam, prepared using coriander seeds and coconut. Dhaniya rasam really great when served with hot steamed rice. You can use this as a soup.

Coriander Seeds Rasam

 2 tbsp Coriander seeds
 ¼ cup Coconut grated
 3 Dried red chilli
 1 tbsp Tamarind extract
 Salt to taste
 1 tsp Jaggery
 1 cup Water
To Tempering:
 1 tsp Oil
 1 tsp Mustard seeds
 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 1 Dried red chilli

Take 2 tbsp coriander seeds, ΒΌ cup grated coconut, 3 dried red chilli and 1 tbsp tamarind extract then grind with little water.

Now take a pan and heat with 1 tsp oil, add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1 dried red chilli.

When they start to crackle add coconut and coriander paste.

Add salt to taste and 1 tsp jaggery, 1 cup water, mix well and cook for 5 min.

Coriander seeds rasam ready to serve.
