Dosa Batter Bonda | Pakora From Left Over Idli/Dosa Batter | Punugulu Recipe | Bonda Recipe. These yummy pakora are made with left over dosa batter (rice and urad dal batter). Best evening snack recipe. Punugulu recipe is a popular street food in Andhra Pradesh.

Dosa Batter Pakoda

 2 cups Urad dal dosa batter (leftover) or Idli batter
 1 tbsp Rice flour
 1 tbsp Rava
 1 Onion chopped
 1 Green chilli chopped
 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
 Few curry leaves
 Salt to taste
 Oil

Take a bowl add 2 cup urad dal dosa batter (leftover) or Idli batter, 1 tbsp rice flour and 1 tbsp rava. Add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped ginger and few curry leaves.

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Heat oil in a kadai, dip your hand in water, and start dropping them one by one to hot oil. Fry the bonda till they turn golden brown.

Dosa Batter Pakora or Punugulu now ready to serve.
