Leftover Rice Vada

 2 cups White Rice cooked
 4 tbsp Rice flour
 1 tsp Ginger
 2 Green chillies chopped
 1 Onion chopped
 ½ tsp Black pepper powder
 Salt to taste

Take 2 cups cooked white rice (leftover rice). Grind without adding water.

Now add 4 tbsp rice flour, 1 tsp ginger, 2 chopped green chilli, 1 chopped onion, ½ tsp pepper powder, and salt to taste.

Mix all the ingredients.

Wet your hand with water and scoop out small balls of dough. Press the dough gently into the shape of vada with a hole in the middle. Similarly make the rest of the vadas.

Heat oil in a kadai, add the vadas and fry for 3-4 minutes from each sides or until golden brown in color.
