Palak Fry | Spinach Fry. Spinach fry is very easy to make. It can be best served with rice and chapathi.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add 1 tsp mustard seeds. When they start to crackle add 1 tsp urad dal and 3 dried red chilli, fry for few minutes.
Add 1 chopped onion and fry until the onions become translucent.
Then add 2 cup chopped palak, salt and mix well.
Add little water. Cover the pan. Lower the heat and cook until the palak is cooked.
