Rava Laddu Recipe | Suji Ke Laddu | Laddu Recipe in 10 min. A simple Indian sweet recipe that can be prepared within min. The basic ingredients involved in this recipe are sugar, rava and milk. No sugar syrup and no coconut.

Rava Laddu

 ½ cup Ghee
 1 cup Rava / semolina / suji (coarse)
 1 cup Powdered sugar
 ¼ tsp Cardamom powder
 ½ cup Milk
For roasting nuts:
 1 tsp Ghee
 2 tbsp Cashews
 2 tbsp Raisins

Take a pan heat ¼ cup ghee and add 1 cup rava. Roast on low flame until the rava turns aromatic. Keep aside.

Take a pan heat 1 tsp ghee, roast 2 tbsp cashew and 2 tbsp raisins until it turns golden brown. Keep aside.

Now add roasted rava, 1 cup powdered sugar, fried nuts and ¼ tsp cardamom powder. Mix it well.

Add little by little milk, combine with rava. Make sure to not over add milk as the mixture will become very soft. And we cannot make laddus out of it.

Apply ghee in your palm and make laddus. Leave the laddus untouched for a while.
