Vermicelli Laddu

 1 cup Vermicelli
 ¼ cup Powdered sugar
 ¼ tsp Cardamom powder
 4 Cashews
 5 Almonds
 2 tsp Ghee
 Condensed milk

Grind 5 almonds and 4 cashews into fine powder. Keep aside.

Take a pan heat 2 tsp ghee and add 1 cup vermicelli.

Roast the vermicelli for about 5 to 7 min till it turns golden brown. Make sure you don't burn it.

Cool the vermicelli to room temperature and grind it into fine powder.

Transfer to the bowl and add powdered sugar, ΒΌ tsp cardamom powder and cashews and almonds powder to the mixing bowl.

Mix well, then pour condensed milk and form the mixture into lime sized balls.

Vermicelli laddu or Semiya ladoo ready to serve.
