Ingredients

 1 cup Bombay rava (fine)
 2 cups Rice flour
 2 cups Water
 2 tsp Oil
 Salt to taste
For masala powder:
 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
 1 tsp Pepper powder
 2 tsp Amchur powder
 1 tsp Chat masala powder

Directions

For masala powder: Mix 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp pepper powder, 2 tsp amchur powder and 1 tsp chat masala powder. Keep aside.

Take a kadai add 2 cup water, 2 tsp oil and salt to taste, get the water to boil.

Now add 1 cup rava and mix quickly.

Add 2 cup rice flour.

Mix well and switch off the stove.

Now transfer the dough to a large bowl. Grease hands with oil and take a small portion of the dough and roll it round. Further roll it again into a long string giving it a shape of kurkure.

Heat oil in a kadai, drop kurkure in hot oil, fry on low flame until it turns golden and crispy. Drain off from the oil to absorb excess oil. Then transfer the fried kurkure to a large bowl and sprinkle masala powder and mix well.

Enjoy your kurkure with a cup of tea or coffee.
You can stored in an airtight container.

Cooking Directions Step by step
