Rava Dosa | Rava Urad Dal Dosa | Semolina Dosa. Crispy and unique rava dosa with urad dal, enjoy it with a chutney or a sambar.

Ingredients

 3 cups Rava (fine rava)
 ½ cup Urad dal
 1 tbsp Sour curd
 2 Onion chopped
 2 Green chili chopped
 Salt to taste
 Oil

Directions

1

Soak 1/2 cup urad dal 3-4 hours and then grind to a paste.

Take large mixing bowl and mix 3 cup rava, salt, 1 tbsp sour curd and Urad dal paste together with little water to make a thin batter.

Keep aside to ferment for 6 hours.

Later, add 2 chopped green chili and 2 small chopped onion to the batter.

Heat a tawa and sprinkle 1 tsp oil, add a ladleful batter and spread it thinly.

Let cook for a few seconds. Add a few drops of oil if you wish.

Rava dosa ready to serve with chutney.
